A great harmony of body and mind is a manifestation as good health and well-being, however in today time, we usually felt there is not enough time and energy that make us easily tired and exhausted. Once the mind always busy, the physical body is tiring.

During the workshop, you can:

– understand the energy within our body
– learn & experience how we could keep energy circulating through our body
– promoting mental clarity through simple breathing techniques
– understand how the internal organ effect our daily emotions
– learn & experience the flow of chi through the balancing posture.I am very pleased to sharing my well-being journey on ZenNaTai Self -Healing Practice. This is the workshop that facilitates the change within you.

Your facilitator:
Buathon is our Spa professional, who is always seeking to deliver an integration of the Body, Mind and Spirit through a good health with her exclusive background in Nursing, Psychology and Health Sociology. Buathon’s approach to health and well-being is based on a holistic way.
Buathon has an extensive experience with leading health concept at Chiva-Som, Chi Spa at Shangri-la Bangkok, Six Senses Spas, the Oriental Spa Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Damai at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, One & Only Reethi Rah Maldives. She is also the founder of Sukkasart Institute of Healing Arts, Hua Hin Thailand.
